SEI Books Reader: End-User License Agreement

SEI Books Reader is a private, internal software tool owned and operated by Street Epistemology International ("SEI") solely for reading SEI's own QuickBooks Online accounting data. It is not licensed or made available to any third party and has no end users. No person other than SEI's authorized treasurer has any license or right to use it.

The tool is provided as-is, without warranty. It performs read-only queries. SEI is responsible for the accuracy of its own books and for reviewing any output before relying on it. Use of Intuit and QuickBooks services remains subject to Intuit's own terms. SEI may revoke the tool's access to QuickBooks at any time (see "How to disconnect" in our Privacy Policy).
