Our website
Our website is built and hosted on the Kajabi platform. When you use the site, information you choose to give us (for example, through a contact form or by signing up for communications, courses, or events) is collected through the site and its Kajabi tools. Like most websites, the site and its service providers may also automatically collect basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited, and cookies. We use this information to operate the site, respond to you, and carry out our educational mission. We do not sell your personal information.
SEI Books Reader (QuickBooks Online)
SEI Books Reader is a private, read-only internal application used only by SEI's authorized treasurer to read SEI's own accounting records in QuickBooks Online through the Intuit API. It is not offered to the public and has no end users. It accesses only SEI's own company data. It does not collect personal information from website visitors, donors, or students.
Results of queries are saved only on SEI-controlled computers. They are not sold or shared with third parties, and are used solely for SEI's bookkeeping, reconciliation, and tax and financial reporting. Access credentials are kept in a password manager and are never stored in source code.
Retention and security
We keep records for as long as needed for SEI's financial recordkeeping and legal requirements, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
How to disconnect
SEI's QuickBooks Online administrator can revoke SEI Books Reader's access at any time in QuickBooks Online (Apps / My apps) or through the Intuit developer account. Revoking access immediately invalidates the app's tokens, and the app can no longer read SEI's QuickBooks data.
